1-Year Limited Hardware Warranty (Refurbished Phones)

We warranty the device hardware for 12 months from delivery against defects under normal use.

What’s covered

• Power, buttons, speaker/mic, cameras, Wi-Fi/Bluetooth, charging port, and other core functions.
• Battery performance at or above the stated health at delivery.

What’s not covered

• Liquid ingress, impact damage, bent frames, cracked glass, excessive wear.
• Damage caused by unauthorised repairs or software modifications.
• Consumables/accessories (cables, cases, screen protectors).

How to claim

Contact us with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos/video where helpful. We may repair, replace, or refund at our discretion.
